Standards for Basic Certified Seed

The ASA Technical Standards for the OECD and Australian Seed Certification Schemes prescribe minimum purity and germination standards for seed certified in Australia under both schemes and intended for marketing within Australia.

These standards apply to all varieties for which the variety maintainer has not specified higher standards.
